Return policy
We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.
Our policy lasts 3 days post delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase,  All returns happen via Bank Transfer which can take upto 15 working day.
there can be margin of 1-3 inches in the garment depending on size compared to size chart and listing details, as its hand embroidered.
Many types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as damaged or used items, can't be return

customer will be allowed to initiate Return/exchange free of charge only once
Item is eligible for the return/exchange request only once
If a person does a second time exchange on same order it will add extra charges of Rs 200/- and no return is applicable
Once your return is receive, it will undergo a through quality inspection and if it passes through we will process your request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange policy :
We only replace items if they are defective, size issue or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item click on Return/Exchange tab to initiate process.
Exchange can be done once only, post that shipping charges will be levied upon as per actual.

If you would like to changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number please reach us at perfecthomefly@gmail.com with the subject "order no.+ revised information". We will facilitate the some if it hasn't been shipped.
Exchange / Return for international order
No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you placed an order.
