Order Cancellation Policy
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
• As our products are made-to-order and go into processing immediately, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
Order Modifications
• Any changes in size, address, or product must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing us at houseofaksofficial@gmail.com.
• After this timeframe, no modifications will be accepted.
Exceptions
• Cancellation will only be considered if:
• The product is out of stock, or
• There is a technical issue from our end
In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
