General Cancellation Policy
- Eligibility for Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- Dispatch Status: To check if your order has been dispatched, please contact our customer service team at houseofaksofficial@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellation Charges
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Cancellations for COD orders will not incur any charges.
- Prepaid Orders:
- Order Value Below ₹1000: If the order value is below ₹1000, a cancellation fee of 5% (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Order Value ₹1000 and Above: For orders with a value of ₹1000 and above, a cancellation fee of 12% (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

2. Our customer service team will verify if the order has been dispatched.
3. If the order has not been dispatched, the cancellation will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Refund Process
- For eligible cancellations, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For COD orders, you will be asked to provide bank details for the refund process.
